The civil wedding ceremony takes place right here at the Hotel Stefanie, in the ballroom, the conference room or, weather permitting, in the courtyard garden. The wedding altar, complete with covers and floral arrangements, is included. Afterwards, you can move straight on to the aperitif and the reception without having to change venues.

After the reception, you’ll spend your wedding night in one of the hotel’s elegant rooms. The bridal suite, complete with a champagne breakfast and a reserved parking space, is provided free of charge for the newlyweds. The housekeeping team is on hand to assist you with everything you need. The next morning, you’ll begin your first day together as a married couple and reflect on the most beautiful moments once more. From the civil wedding ceremony to the wedding night, everything is under one roof.

Restaurant Stefanie is renowned for its excellent Viennese cuisine, seasonal specialities and high-quality ingredients. We’ll work with you to put together a bespoke menu or buffet that suits your preferences and your wedding theme. Naturally, we’ll take into account any special dietary requirements, allergies and the preferences of your guests.

Getting to the wedding at Hotel Stefanie

The hotel is situated at Taborstraße 12, 1020 Vienna, around 300 metres from the Schwedenplatz underground station (U1 and U4). The U1 runs directly there from the main railway station; from the airport, take the City Airport Train to Wien Mitte and then change to the U4. The reception can arrange an airport transfer on request.

The hotel’s own car park, which includes charging points for electric cars, can be accessed via Große Mohrengasse 7. A parking space is reserved free of charge for the bride and groom.
